LD/50, BIZARRO update and new band widgets

Been kind of crazy lately. LD/50 just hit top 20 in the first week of radio on FMQB. That’s huge, especially for an unsigned band. The first two days that we were added, a report came out on 3/24/10 stating that we were #2 band added to radio. Almost true, we later found out that 3 stations did not report on time which if they did we would have been #1 most added to radio . We have 7 more weeks of this radio campaign with Munsey and his team at Skateboard Marketing. Got my fingers crossed!

Right now I’m concentrating on two things musically. I am working on 2 songs for LD50 to record which have to be done in 7 weeks so we can do another 8 week radio campaign. In these two songs I have a surprise that is sure to raise some eyebrows to say the least. One of the songs is turning out to be one of the fastest LD/50 songs to date.

The second thing I’m working on is a new 4 song demo for my other band BIZARRO. I will be taking on vocal duty and guitars again. A whole new line-up will be announced very shortly. In this band I’m counting on the live show being a very strong point as well as players that are ready to hit the road. My voice has changed since the last demo BIZARRO did back in 1998 so I’m really itching to let everyone hear the pipes. I’m adding the 1998 demo to Facebook, Myspace, and Reverbnation so people can get an idea of what BIZARRO will sound like. It can also be purchased on my website in the “store” tab, via paypal.

The titles for the new BIZARRO songs are; Dark Parade, Damage, Take It Back, and Damned
As soon as I can get samples of these new songs I’ll get them online.
